ITINERARY DETAILS

 

Day 01:

Delhi – Mathura – Agra 

            Flight Time : depature chennai @ 4:35am to arrival delhi @ 7:30am

On arrival at Airport / Railway station, meet our representative and proceed to  Mathura ,

Sightseeing : Krishna Janma Bhoomi Mandir, Jama Masjid, Dwarkadhish Temple, Kusum Sarovar, Radha Kund, Kans qila, Mathura Museum, Govardhan Hill, Vishram Ghat Halt @ Agra Hotel

Day 02 :

Mathura - Agra- - Delhi (230Kms/4Hrs) 

               After Breakfast proceed agra,  as Agra was known during the Mughal era, is home to some of the most magnificent Mughal architectures. Situated on the banks of river Yamuna, the monumental beauty of Agra has inspired countless people around the world. This third largest city of the state of Uttar Pradesh is home to three UNESCO world heritage sites. Later Proceed to Visit to the world - famous Taj Mahal - or literally "Crown of Palaces" was built by Shah Jehan to immortalize the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal who died tragically in 1631. After that visit, the Red Fort built by three generations of Mughal Emperors between 1565 and 1573.  It housed both the presidential Palaces of the Royal family, and the military quarters. Overnight at Delhi Hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi-Shimla (340Kms/8Hrs) – 

            After breakfast checkout, transfer to Shimla. commence local sightseeing in the town and nearby areas, evening at leisure, one can spend evening tolling in the mall and shopping after that drive to shimla check in hotel and visit local market. Overnight at Shimlahotel.

Day 04: Shimla 

             After breakfast, start sightseeing trip to Kufri (14 kms/1 hours). Afternoon half day city tour visiting Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Jakhu Hanuman Temple. Evening free to visit local market in the famous shopping place of Shimla town - The Mall & the Ridge. Overnight at Shimla hotel.

Day 05: Shimla – Rishikesh (270 kms / 6 hrs)

             After breakfast local sightseeing , Transfer to Rishikesh. At Evening visit Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Ashram Overnight at Rishikesh hotel.

Day 06 Rishikesh – (Haridwar- Delhi 260km / 5hrs)

             After Breakfast visit Rishikesh Temples & sightseeing -  Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Shivananfa Ashram. At Afternoon visit haridwar..and stay overnight at the Delhi hotel.

Day 07: Delhi (240 kms / 5 hrs) 

             After breakfast check out proceed delhi , delhi local sightseeing and Drop at airport

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot)

• Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

• Rates are not valid for peak Festive season i.e. New Year , Diwali , Pushkar fair etc.

• Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels,alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

• Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination

• Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.

• Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.

• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.

• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.

• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable.

• All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary

• It is not advisable to travel in night, if necessary supplement charge applicable

 

Payment Policy

• Deposit of 50% of the package cost at the time of booking.

• Need 75% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date

• Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date

 

Cancellation Policy

• 10% of full tour cost - 60 days prior to arrival.

• 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to arrival.

• 50% of full tour cost - between 15 & 29 days prior to tour.

• 75% of full tour cost - between 14 & 7 days prior to tour

• 100% - within 7 days prior to tour.
