Day wise Itinerary
DAY 1 : Arrival into Uluru- Ayers Rock | Field of Light Pass
Upon arrival, head to your place of stay on a shared basis in a coach/bus (seat-in-coach i.e. SIC basis). Check-in at the hotel (standard check-in time is 2 pm and early check-in depends upon the availability of the hotel room) and get ready to experience Bruce Munro's Field of Light, featuring more than 50,000 slender stems covered with radiant glass spheres that shine in the darkness.As the sun starts gliding below the horizon, the majestic rock formation and the entire desert illuminate in a warm glow. While standing in the middle of tiny globes, revel in the incredible view.

DAY 2 : Uluru Sunrise & Kata Tjuta Tour
Sit back and relax as you travel into beautiful Uluru – Kata Tjuta National Park. Be amazed by the surrounds and incredible sight of Uluru in the distance on your way to Talinguru Nyakunytjaku – the Uluru sunrise viewing area.
Make your way on to the viewing platform to see many kilometres into the distance, providing an ideal photo opportunity. Watch the first rays of the sun set the Red Centre alight, while enjoying a warming cup of tea or coffee.
Your experienced Driver Guide will give you an historical overview of Uluru – Kata Tjuta National Park.
Just 40 kilometres to the west of iconic Uluru, we’ll take in the sites of Kata Tjuta, also known as the Olgas. Kata Tjuta, are a group of large domed rock formations or bornhardts located about 365 km southwest When you stop at a viewing point that boasts the most spectacular views of Kata Tjuta, be sure to have your camera at the ready.
Walpa (meaning windy) Gorge is a lush desert haven for plants and animals. The gentle but rocky track will lead you into a world of rare plant species and lush evergreen shrubs known as Spearwood. Your Driver Guide will lead you on a one hour walk through the gorge, sharing stories of local flora and fauna, and the geology of this amazing formation.

DAY 3 : Kings Canyon and Outback Panoramas – plus transfer to Alice Springs
Post breakfast, a coach will pick you up from your Ayers Rock Resort hotel to commence a full day Kings Canyon & Outback Panorama tour. Travel from Ayers Rock Resort to Kings Canyon, stopping for breakfast at Kings Creek Station along the way. Make the rocky climb to the rim of the canyon for marvellous views of Watarrka National Park. Follow the rim of the canyon stopping to look down into the canyon gorge at lookout points. Time permitting, stop at the green oasis of the 'Garden of Eden'. The circuit walk takes approximately 3 hours to complete and is rocky and steep in parts. It is recommended for those with a good level of fitness. Alternatively an easier, shorter walk to explore the boulder strewn canyon floor is available. Arrive at Kings Canyon Resort for lunch (own expense), then commence the journey to Alice Springs. Tour concludes between 7.00pm - 7.30pm depending on the time of year, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.

DAY 4 : Half Day ‘A Town Like Alice’ tour
Post breakfast, a coach will pick you up from your hotel to commence an afternoon Town Like Alice tour. See the sights of 'The Alice' including the historic Telegraph Station, which marks the original site of the first European settlement in Alice Springs. It features the original buildings of stone which have been restored with house furnishings and artefacts from the early 1900’s. At the Royal Flying Doctor Service see how medical aid reaches those who live in the remote 'outback', and at the School of the Air learn how children who cannot access schools are educated by radio. There may be an opportunity to listen to and observe actual lessons in progress on air. A stop is made at the Alice Springs Reptile Centre, where you can see up close some of the lizards and snakes that frequent Central Australia's semi-arid desert, such as the Perentie Lizard and the Thorny Devil. The tour concludes with a panoramic view of the township of Alice Springs and the MacDonnell Ranges from the top of Anzac Hill. Tour concludes at approximately 6.00pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence

DAY 5 : Departure Alice Springs
Post breakfast, board your coach for transfer to the airport.
